In 1990, Brasali began planning. Gathering together a young group of designers, builders and developers they began to create unique developments for the people of Jakarta. Their efforts were intent on humanizing the environments they created, marketed and maintained. Arbe Chemindo produces carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC & PAC), a specialty chemical used in the manufacture of food, textiles, products, paper, detergents, ceramics and oil drilling.

PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka (KIJ)

KIJ is creating a new city, Cikarang Baru-Kota Hijau, envisioned to become the capital city of Bekasi. Its development is guided by a comprehensive master plan that devotes rigorous attention to quality.

Notable is KIJ's triumphant launch of 790-hectare Jababeka Industrial Estate, the crown jewel of the city now in the making. Designed to be a model industrial estate, it has access to ready supply of energy from a new power station and is being equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure on par with the very best in the world, including the most advanced industrial and residential water-treatment processing facilities in the region.

Cikarang Listrindo

Cikarang Listrindo is the first private power company to be granted a license to Build-Own-and-Operate (B.O.O.) a 1000 MW power station in Indonesia. Providing energy to industrial and residential estate in Bekasi, Cikarang Listrindo's plant centers using General Electric Frame 6 and Frame 9 gas turbines that run on gas or liquid fuel. The use of gas fuel as the primary energy supply not only helps to maintain the equilibrium on environmental issues, but also means cleaner power. The liquid fuel available on the site is to provide a back-up fuel source.
